ORDERS, PRE-ORDERS, REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will gladly replace or refund the merchandise without additional charge. 

All in-stock, non-preorders will be filled within 7-10 business days of being placed (not including weekends or holidays).

If you suspect your package has been misdelivered or lost, please put in a claim with the postal service BEFORE sending an email to PHYLLISIAROSSMIZIK@GMAIL.COM We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number
